Site was constrained with a very narrow frontage and overhead high tension wires going through the middle of larger portion of land parallel to a water canal. Also the constrains were limited FSI, requirement of minimum width of internal roads as per local regulations. Its planning was mainly guided by these constrains. The plot consists of 39 bungalows, common space, a common overhead tank, recreational ground, Swimming pool, Childers pool, 2 larger luxury bungalows for the developer’s personal families. All the bungalows are G+1 and all the roads satisfies minimum requirements. The bungalow design ranges from 2BHK to 5BHK.
